14. If there is no information about the extension of the rental at least 48 hours before the end of the original rental and no return within the period specified in the contract, the landlord will treat it as misappropriation.

15. Smoking tobacco products, using electronic cigarettes, drinking alcohol, taking drugs and transporting animals is strictly prohibited in the car.

16. Payment of all fines, parking fees, highway tolls, other fees for the use of road infrastructure and other private and public liabilities arising from the use of the car during the term of the rental agreement is the responsibility of the Tenant or User, unless the Tenant proves that in accordance with the provisions of law, the Tenant or the User is not liable for the payment of such amounts or proves that the obligation to pay such an amount on the Tenant or the User was due to the fault of the Lessor.
